Once your order has been carefully processed (this can be between 1-5 days) and packaged it will be dispatched to you as quickly as possible. Please see individual product pages for specific product delivery times and made-to-order items.

We ship to the below locations and are proud to offer free delivery for all orders over £500 to all of these locations via trackable courier services (specific service depends on product and destination). For jewellery orders under £500​ shipping is a flat rate of £4.

Import Customs & Duties

Orders over £500 from European countries and the United States are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. Orders under £500 from European countries and the United States do not qualify for DDP, for this jewellery the customer is responsible for any shipping duties or taxes. The following countries are DDU for all jewellery (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations: Canada, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, India.

All product prices displayed for DDU destinations don't include taxes and duties. As the recipient, please be aware that you are liable for all import duties, customs and any other associated import costs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. 

Returns

If your product is eligible for return, please check designers below for this information, you may return a product ordered on BIJ FIOR within 14 days of receipt of the goods. BIJ FIOR will not accept returned products that have been worn, damaged, or returned without original paperwork and packaging. Returns that don’t meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer without a refund. Please note that if returning, any original delivery cost will not be refunded to you, unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Designers who accept returns*: Rina Tairo, Percossi Papi, Sophie Theakston, Maria Kotsoni, Milamore, ZED Jewellery, Deborah Blyth, Annele, Assya London, Bij Fior, Rachel Balfour.

Designers who do not accept returns: Aurelia & Pierre. 

As you will understand, worn, re-sized/altered items or made-to-order items cannot be returned. ​

*excluding made-to-order or custom items which are not eligible fo return.

If you wish to return your purchase please email contact@bijfior.com notifying us of your intention to return your purchase and providing a reason for this return. If the product is eligible for return, you will then be provided with a return label and instructions. Your refund via your original payment method will be processed upon receipt of the goods once checked for authenticity and all original documents. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

 

If you do not follow the returns process and instructions provided, BIJ FIOR is not liable for any lost/delayed packages, or additional import duties that may occur.

Sustainability

We will deliver your jewellery to you in the quickest most sustainable way. Bij Fior carbon offsets all deliveries to ensure all products arrive to customers in a conscious manner. We package all our orders simply, beautifully and all Bij Fior packaging is fully recyclable.
