Delivery
Once your order has been carefully processed (this can be between 1-5 days) and packaged it will be dispatched to you as quickly as possible. Please see individual product pages for specific product delivery times and made-to-order items.
Before you order your jewellery, please check below to see if the brand you are purchasing from ships to your region. We only use trackable courier services (specific service depends on product and destination). Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Please note if an order is placed for a brand and region combination that is not specified below, Bij Fior has no obligation to fulfil the order, the money will be refunded within 21 days or the customer will be contacted regarding potential shipment options.
- Worldwide shipping. Jewellery from these brands ship worldwide (please check the brand on each product page); Rachel Fior, Sophie Theakston, Milamore, ZED Jewellery, Joanna Achkar.
- U.K. and E.U. only. Jewellery from these brands ship only to the U.K and E.U. (please check the brand on each product page); Bij Fior, Rachel Balfour.

Import Customs & Duties
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping duties or taxes. Please check the product page for the country that the item will be sent from. Please send us a live chat message for more information or if you have any questions on this. Please note although we are based in the U.K., some of our jewellery ships from other countries, any duties/taxes are the customers responsibility.
Please note if you are ordering more than one item, these items may be coming from different locations and will be sent separately and incur individual additional costs, if any.
All product prices are displayed without additional duties and taxes. As the recipient, please be aware that you are liable for all import duties, customs and any other associated import costs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Returns
If your product is eligible for return, please check designers below for this information, you may return a product ordered on BIJ FIOR within 14 days of receipt of the goods. BIJ FIOR will not accept returned products that have been worn, damaged, or returned without original paperwork and packaging. Returns that don’t meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer without a refund. Please note that if returning, any original delivery cost will not be refunded to you, unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Designers who do not accept returns: Aurelia & Pierre, Joanna Achkar.
As you will understand, worn, re-sized/altered items or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

If you wish to return your purchase please email contact@bijfior.com notifying us of your intention to return your purchase and providing a reason for this return. If the product is eligible for return, you will then be provided with a return label and instructions. Your refund via your original payment method will be processed upon receipt of the goods once checked for authenticity and all original documents. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
If you do not follow the returns process and instructions provided, BIJ FIOR is not liable for any lost/delayed packages, or additional import duties that may occur.
Sustainability
We will deliver your jewellery to you in the quickest most sustainable way. Bij Fior carbon offsets all deliveries to ensure all products arrive to customers in a conscious manner. We package all our orders simply, beautifully and all Bij Fior packaging is fully recyclable.
